Primal Banana Bites

from the Primal site....

SoG Banana Bites

2 bananas
3 c. nuts (I used 2 c. slivered almonds and 1 c. cashews b/c that's what we had)
1 c. shredded unsweetened coconut
2 eggs
Mix bananas, nuts and coconut in food processor until mixed, some chunks are ok and good!
Put in bowl and add eggs. Mix well.
Put in greased 8x8 pan, bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
Cut into 4x4 squares for 16 yummilicious bites!

I'll be taking donations....

There are so many CrossFit certs coming up that I must (well, want badly) to attend. The Kettlebell Instructor cert in September, the CrossFit Kids cert in October, ther is an Oly Lifting cert here soon, but there's no way I can swing that unless they want to donate me a seat, ha. So I'll be taking donations. Thanks. No seriously, gimme some cash so I can go to these things.

In other news, the bacon is curing in the fridge, smoking will take place tomorrow! Yay! I scored a brand new meat slicer from a moving sale this morning for $23! Woot! BOOT SALE QUEEN! haha! My English friends will understand that. Now we don't have to slice 17lbs. of pork by hand.

Logan looked at the lunch menu for school today and there was a "Cheese Fish Sandwich". I asked him what is a Cheese Fish? (trying to be funny) He goes, "I don't know but it's nasty." HAHAHA! He asked if it was ok if he bought a salad. Considering a salad is the most "real" thing on the menu, I told him by all means, buy a salad!

i am a slacker...

I forget I have a blog. Bad blogger. Is there an iPhone app for this shindig? Need to check on that. Not much is up. Fred leaves soon. Not happy about that but oh well. Not going to Hawai'i, at least not until next year, and even that may be up in the air. Kinda waiting on the detailer to call Fred back but seeing as how Millington is underwater, we are in a holding pattern on that end. Meh. The boys get out of school soon, they are looking forward to that. Going to GA for a week or so to visit since we aren't going to live in the islands. Probably go to Savannah while we are there and hang at the beach for a day or so. I'm almost done (like 3 weeks) with Veterinary Assistant school! Yay! Hoping that Bayside will hire me, even if it's just for a day or two a week. They need the help, I need the experience! If not, guess I'll apply somewhere else, I mean I also have the Veterinary Office Assistant certification. But I want to work at Bayside, they are awesome! Hmmm....anything else? Not really.

What was that?

Oh yeah. Christmas threw up in my house. The boys have been glued, and I mean GLUED to the Xbox 360 since Christmas Day. Dishes are stacking up (oh thank you again landlord for deciding that a dishwasher wasn't a good idea, idiot), dirty clothes are now breeding, I'm sure of it...to top it off my neck is broken, well, maybe not broken but it sure won't move and the first available appointment is MONDAY!!! UGH! So basically, right now my house looks like it belongs on an episode of HOARDERS and that's the reason I am just staying down here in the basement.

long time no see...

i'm around here, just forget to blog about being around here. still training, still eating like crapola, going to school and LOVING IT!!! i think i may have found my calling...finally. LOL! anywho. i am going to be better about blogging on here. cuz i'm sure everyone wants to know all about my boring day-to-day!
